It only seems appropriate to round out my absence this summer with school posts. I really jinxed myself good last spring when I wrote “I hope to be back here next week sometime.” Oh well. Summer just got a hold of us good over here. With Pool Monday, Play date Tuesday and Thursday, Beach Friday, trips to the cabin and the farm, visitors from out of town and my teaching summer camps at the preschool, we were quite busy.
And with all this cuteness in my life, how could I possibly not be distracted?
So now we're in full Fall mode. The boys got new sneakers,
Peanut started Kindergarten,
we've got a new group of wonderful children at the preschool,
and I made my annual trip to the State Fair. This year I got to go with the sweet and always charming, small fox.
There. That wasn't too hard.
