Here's what we made at the preschool last week...
- paper
- a bit of white glue
- a bag of red sand I bought at IKEA
- and one enamel tray large enough to fit the paper
All the the above equaled one great sensory experience for the children. They loved pouring small hand fulls of sand over their glue "picture". And what delight when they poured the excess sand off of their picture. It was a surprise each time and all the children were so engaged in seeing how their friends' pictures turned out.
I just love the belly button on this little guy.
