My eyes have been focused on the trees all week. It's turned so cold, so suddenly here I just know our autumn bursts of color will pass quickly, soon turning to shades of grey and brown. So while I try and absorb and enjoy every fleeting moment of the season, I find myself completely inspired by the trees. Turning to flickr I am further inspired by all the tree images and works of art I find there. Thank you to all the artists who share the above work with us.
I feel I'm in a bit of a panic to pack up the garden-everything froze on Saturday night and is looking pretty dreary. I still have high hopes of dividing the peonies before it's too late, but I'd better get to it. Anyway, we has a busy but beautiful weekend and enjoyed the company of dear friends visiting from out of town. I hope you had a lovely weekend too! Happy Monday. xx
