This is kind of an odd collection of flickr favorites this week but I do love how the different shades of poppy pods compliment some of my favorite handwork pieces.
It's that time of year when the poppy pods can be found in the garden. These seed heads are my absolute favorite...I love them just as much as I love the poppy bloom itself. I'll be playing with my collection this week, but if anyone has any ideas of how to craft with them, I'd love to hear about it.
