As promised, as part of Regina's BOCE Swap, today is blog giveaway day for one of our birds. I'm still deciding what I'd like to make for the swap, but am having fun making these little guys. This time I tried it in velvet. He has elegant plumes and a little downy feather on his head. He is looking to fly from his nest and into a new home.
