It's about time I start digging some of those old unfinished projects out of the closet. I can't believe the number of half finished things I have lying around. My only explanation is I must have crafter ADHD. I'm going to start by showing a small project I began, hmmm, maybe three years ago! Yikes! My goal to have it finished sometime next week. We'll see.
Today I got a lovely package in the mail for the Coloriffic Swaporama. I was very excited to see that it was from Portugal. The Portugese sure are expressive with color. Some of my favorites are here, here and here. This is what came from Sonia.
Curious to see what was inside? Look here.
I finally dug out this book I got many years ago and made these teeny tiny felt dolls for my swap partner, Molly.
Once again I find myself posting after midnight. A habit I hope will end Sunday when I am no longer parenting solo.
One last thing: A childhood friend of mine I have always admired and respected walked around the world to raise awareness for breast cancer. I'm so excited to learn that with the help of her brother they will make a documentary of her journey. See details of her travels here, and click on the link to watch the trailer of the film here. She is truely an amazing woman and I'm so proud of her!!
Have a great weekend!
